- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangable -
- Balcony seating is ONLY accessible via two flights of stairs -
- Main floor seating is accessible, including ADA compliant wheelchair spaces with companion seat -
- There is a "service fee" which applies to ALL tickets sold whether online or in person -
- There is a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee for all purchases made by credit or debit card -
- In-person purchases can only be made at the door the night of a show -
- Cash ticket sales are no longer offered -
