Accessibility Questions:

Entrance:
The main entrance to The Theater is located on street level. The sidewalk adjacent to the Theater on Broad Street is ramped for easy access. Elevators inside the main floor entrance will take patrons to the 2nd floor where the main Theater lobby and auditorium are located.
Parking:
There is both on-street and garage parking available. For on-street parking, the most accessible spots are on Broad street right beside the building. The sidewalk is ramped in that area only. For parking in a garage, please park on the A level, by the elevators, in the Innovation Parking Garage (for more info and directions, visit Directions & Parking). Once parked, take the elevators to the 2nd floor which is the main Theater lobby.
PLEASE NOTE: for garages, there are multiple garage entrances around The Theater- Midtown garage is NOT connected to The Theater however Innovation Garage IS.
Seating:
Accessible (ADA) seating is located on the "floor level" or the main floor of the hall. There are several wheelchair locations, each with one companion seat. There are no stairs on the "floor level" of the hall. Please note that the Balcony is ONLY accessible via a staircase. Patrons who have accidentally purchased a ticket in the balcony and require relocation are encouraged to call The Theater at their earliest convenience. The Theater will attempt to relocate the seats but cannot guarantee availability.
Restroom:
There is an accessible (ADA) restroom on the main floor of The Theater
Assistive Listening Device:
Devices are available upon request. Please notify Theater staff for assistance.
ASL Interpreters:
Requests for Interpreters, Braille programs, etc., should be made directly to the event organizers; In lieu of contacting the event organizer, requests may be made through The Theater but must be received no later than 2 weeks in advance of the event. Requests will then be forwarded to the renting organization.
Service Dogs:
Service dogs are welcome in The Theater. In New York State, Service Animals are defined as a dog trained to do work or perform a task(s) for a person with a disability. We suggest purchasing a ticket on an aisle for the comfort of the animal and other patrons. At this time, other companion animals are not permitted.
